A qualified candidate must possess the following: One (1) year of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties described above using the theories, principles, practices, and techniques of generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and one (1) year of experience in internal review or auditing field is required as a minimum. Documented experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade/level. *This experience must be reflected on your resume at the time of application to be considered eligible for this position. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Best Qualified": Possess at least three (3) years of experience that demonstrates the ability to apply financial accounting principles, methods and techniques of fiscal management, and a strong background in budget preparation, payroll management, internal controls, and financial systems reporting. Possess at least three (3) years of experience coordinating manpower and staffing issues with NAF personnel and Epay systems. Possess at least two (2) years of NAF experience analyzing monthly financial reports to include budget variance, Capital Purchase and Minor Construction execution and cash flow projections. Possess at least two (2) years of experience with internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
