The Opportunity:

CACI has an opening for a Senior Financial Analyst at United States Fleet Forces Command (USFF) in Norfolk, VA. As a Financial Analyst, you will assist in developing solutions, correcting problems and providing info and assistance needed to achieve successful funds administration and accounting data for USFF and subordinate commands.


Responsibilities:


• Track, process and troubleshoot financial reports and transactions.
• Create Purchase Requisitions and amendments in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and submit funding documents for approval.
• Research and process suspended transactions to process correctly in ERP and CFMS.
• Access Navy Financial Logistics systems, Navy ERP, to research and analyze transaction and compile documentation to support/validate Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance.
• Verify internal controls and upload Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) for FIAR compliance.
• Provide recommendations as a result of independently researching historical financial information, providing findings, and building value by responding to customer financial inquiries on various financial transactions.
• Ensure Fleet Financial processes work as designed and assist with error processes.
• Assist with correcting funding document errors in ERP.
• Assist Supervisor with creating, submitting and tracking ERP role mapping requests for BSO60 and tenant commands


Qualifications:

Required:

• Secret clearance-Must be Current
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline.
• Must have a minimum of eight years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy logistics Automated Information Systems (AIS) management
• As a substitute for education, eight years of experience in a combination of Navy and logistics and AIS management. 
• In-depth experience in the use of Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS), Command Financial Management System (CFMS). Standardized Accounting & Reporting System - Field Level (STARS-FL), 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn current ERP processes.


Desired:

• Experience in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Experience with Share Point.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600-$129,300
