Job Summary

The role supports the bank’s financial performance and strategic decision‑making by contributing to financial planning, forecasting and scenario analysis, providing finance business partnering across all business areas to drive cost control, profitability and informed investment decisions, supporting the end‑to‑end FTP process and reporting, conducting stress testing and deep‑dive analysis, and delivering ad‑hoc financial insights that strengthen performance management and support the strategic priorities of senior management.

Job Description

• The role supports the bank’s financial performance and strategic decision‑making by contributing to financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis across the organisation.
•  provides finance business partnering to all business areas to drive cost control, profitability, and informed investment decisions.
• The role further assists with the end‑to‑end Funds Transfer Pricing process and reporting, conducts stress testing and deep‑dive analysis, and delivers ad‑hoc financial insights to senior leadership.
• Through these activities, the position ensures robust financial insights enhances performance management and supports the strategic priorities.
• Assist with financial planning and forecasting processes across the bank.
• Assist senior staff by providing ad hoc analysis to support business needs and deep analysis to interpret financials and provide direction for the business to drive performance.
• Assist management with financial insights for strategic initiatives.

Education

Higher Diplomas: Financial Sciences (Required)
