Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Controller to join our Customer Excellence team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of project P&Ls, ensuring accurate revenue recognition across international borders, and safeguarding project margins through diligent change management and scope control.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Financial Integrity & Reporting: Manage the end-to-end financial lifecycle of high-impact projects by reconciling multi-country data inputs to deliver accurate consolidated billing and real-time P&L transparency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with regional leads and internal stakeholders to justify price adjustments and manage "scope creep," ensuring evolving project requirements are captured as billable change requests.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial operations and revenue recognition schedules strictly adhere to international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local corporate compliance protocols.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in project accounting or financial controlling, ideally within a global or multi-country environment.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (such as Oracle) and advanced data visualization tools to drive financial insights.

  • Proven ability in negotiation and stakeholder management, specifically the ability to communicate complex financial justifications to diverse audiences.

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

  • Shifts: This role will align to UK working hours.
