Financial Applications Lead
The Financial Applications Lead is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Strata system. This role ensures system availability, security compliance, performance efficiency, and continuous improvement of the system and supporting business operations. Provides system analysis and data validation, and leverages AI-enabled tools and analytics to ensure accuracy of data.
Preferred Criteria
Experience with Strata based systems
Ability to understand concepts governing relational database structures and use reporting/query tools
Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, or automation solutions
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related area
Minimum of 2-4 years experience with financial systems analysis, information management and/or report design and development or equivalent combination of education and experience
High level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and database software and/or business systems
Experience using analytics, automation, or AI-assisted tools to support data analysis or reporting
Well-developed communication skills
Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail
