Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support BioProduction Group (BPG) and to lead Business intelligence (BI). This role will be involved in business partnering with commercial teams and regional/country finance teams, in support of financial planning and analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities and a passion for operational excellence in a dynamic environment as well as lead Business intelligence (BI) in Finance organization.
What you will do:
- Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial processes with a focus on variance analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Support interlock and alignment with Country, Region and Division/BU's Commercial leaders and Finance in a multiple level of management
- Drive the end-to-end process of 5-year rolling forecast and next-year budget planning by consolidating financial data from multiple sources, performing variance and scenario analysis, and developing comprehensive reporting packages to deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Support RP management by tracking price realization impact and identifying areas for pricing improvement and revenue optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and enhance cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Supply chain and other key stakeholders
- Continuously strengthen FP&A capabilities by enhancing functional competencies, and communication skills and cultivating a strategic mindset to drive business insight and value creation
- Support system-related administrative tasks for Power BI and Cognos reporting tools, ensuring alignment with internal controls and compliance requirements.
- Assist ROI analysis for investment decisions and managed approved CAPEX projects through continuous monitoring and performance tracking.
- Assist in operational tasks related to IT tool (SQL, Power BI, Power Query, etc) maintenance communication with IT support team
- Support to design and build dashboards and provide BI solutions to team for Self Service BI.
- Support the operational maintenance of financial reporting systems, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and enable business partners to perform data-driven analysis independently.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Business Administration
- 5+ years of direct experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting
- Experience in Business intelligence or eager to learn BI skills
- Experience in working Multi-National companies
- Excellent skills with MS Excel & Power Point; preferred skills with Power BI, Power Query and Cognos preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skill with team and other stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Punctual in working manner and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to providing quality results
