Job purpose:

As a Financial Analyst you will support the Tax functions. This role will manage local accounts, tax-related tasks, and the full AP3 process for all service purchases, ensuring proper invoice validation, budget control, and timely payments.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage local accounts and support general accounting activities.

  • Assist with tax processes and fiscal compliance.

  • Own and manage the full AP3 process for all service-related purchases.

  • Review, validate, and process invoices (validated or pending validation).

  • Monitor budget alignment and flag deviations when necessary.

  • Identify and propose more cost‑effective alternatives when possible.

  • Ensure approved invoices are processed and paid on time.

  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting, Controlling, and Tax teams on cross‑functional tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.

  • Strong English level (B2–C1) for daily communication.

  • Excel proficiency is essential.

  • Knowledge or interest in tax, AP3 processes, and vendor calculations.

  • Open‑minded, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems independently.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt and absorb new tasks.
