Job Description:
TTI Floorcare has an opening in the Anderson, SC corporate office for a Financial Analyst-Research & Development within the Finance department reporting to the Director of Finance.
This role will be responsible for supporting our Global R&D operations, including timely and accurate month-end close, forecast, and reporting supporting a variety of recurring processes. The Primary business partners are the Engineering and Product Management teams at Floorcare.
Success in this role means collaborating with the Engineering and Product Management leadership to optimize financial performance in their respective areas. The ideal candidate will have a focused finance background in addition to strong organization, project management, and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with key business leaders to help build financial projections for New Products.
- Maintain, track and report deferred development costs.
- Partner with local and global resources to analyze and propose investment in new products and value engineering
- Assist in month end closing and forecasting processes.
- Analyze monthly financial results to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast and budget.
- Support the Engineering department with regard to financial data needs and requests.
- Support the preparation New Product Management Reviews (NPMR).
- Support the Month End Reporting, Forecasting, & Annual Business Planning and Budget Process.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and optimize work procedures.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Prior experience in FP&A, Manufacturing, or Engineering Finance
- Prior experience in leading/managing projects is highly desired.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Results driven individual with a track record to support.
- Detail-oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative with ability to interact with all employees in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 year finance and accounting experience – preferably for a large corporation
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Must be available to work in the Anderson, SC office.
