Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst II to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in financial analysis and gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The Financial Analyst II will assist in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting the senior finance team and commercial partners in making data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analyses.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data and updating financial models.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Engage in month end close responsibilities in partnership with accounting to have accurate P&L recognition.
Perform basic financial modeling and scenario analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data.
Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
Assist in monitoring key financial metrics and preparing presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications preferred but not mandatory.
0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Tableau) or other financial management software solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
