About the department:

  • The AUM Reporting & Analytics department enables Franklin Templeton’s growth by delivering accurate, scalable Assets Under Management (AUM) reporting across the firm. The team calculates, validates, and analyzes firm-wide AUM and fund flows, supporting stakeholders across investments, sales, compliance, and leadership. You will work in a collaborative, data-driven environment that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.

How will you add value?

Core Responsibilities:

  • You will review and report daily Assets Under Management and firm-wide flows.

  • You will validate asset data for all managed investment accounts.

  • You will maintain the portfolio management accounting (PMA) database.

  • You will analyze data for risk, trends, and management insights.

Client & Business Support:

  • You will partner with internal teams to meet reporting needs.

  • You will deliver accurate reports supporting sales, advisory, and compliance teams.

  • You will respond quickly to data requests and business inquiries.

Quality, Projects & Improvement:

  • You will monitor data integrity across systems.

  • You will identify and recommend process quality improvements.

  • You will support projects through planning and execution.

  • You will improve workflows, controls, and reporting efficiencies.

What will help you be successful in this role?

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred.

  • Experience in asset management, fund accounting, or financial operations.

  • Exposure to financial or regulatory reporting.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Experience with financial systems and databases.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Familiarity with VBA, Power Automate, Power BI, and Alteryx.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative, self‑driven, and detail‑oriented mindset.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
