Financial Analyst - FP&A

Rumble is a high-growth video platform and cloud services provider that is creating an independent infrastructure. Our mission is to restore the internet to its roots by making it free and open once again.

Rumble is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst – FP&A to join the Planning & Analysis team and partner closely with business leaders across the organization. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and KPI reporting to support decision-making across a fast-growing, creator-focused technology platform.

While not a startup by definition, Rumble operates with a lean, agile, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proficiency with financial tools, be curious to learn, and motivated to use financial insights to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
  • Partner with SFA to support business leads to develop, maintain scorecard and financial performance
  • Prepare monthly performance reporting, analyzing actuals vs. budget and forecast
  • Review monthly spends with business stakeholders and identifies optimization opportunities
  • Build and maintain finance dashboards and models that drive full funnel visibility and insights
  • Collaborate with the Controller’s group during month-end close
  • Proactively flag inefficiencies, drive process improvements and maintenance of documentation
  • Propose use cases for AI or other reporting tools to enhance current and future reporting capabilities
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis in support of strategic and operational initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance
  • Strong Excel modeling skills; experience building scalable, driver-based models
  • Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, SQL nice to have
  • Experience in media, technology, or infrastructure-driven businesses preferred
  • Progress toward or completion of CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset but not a must

Annual Compensation Range: 

$70,000-85,000 CAD base + benefits + equity (If based in Canada)

Note: The salary range listed for this position is a good faith estimate based on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structure. The actual salary offered varies depending on the candidate's skill level and experience.
