Partner with Divisional and Business Unit CFOs and Finance Leads to support budget setting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate financial goals
Deliver insightful financial analysis and variance commentary versus actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying key drivers, trends, and risks/opportunities to inform decision‑making
Support month‑end close and forecast processes, including recording accurate transactions and ensuring data integrity across reporting and planning outputs
Develop and maintain financial models and reporting to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and performance management for the Capital Access Platforms Division
Prepare and present financial reporting and executive‑level insights to senior management, while continuously improving financial processes, models, and systems to enhance efficiency and analytical rigor
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Experience Required: 0-2 Years
High proficiency in utilizing Workday, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and OneStream (Preferred)

The base pay range for this role is $70,000 - $123,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
