As a Financial Analyst in the Distribution Finance team, you own the respective data analysis and reporting, in coordination with Ecolab's sales divisions.
Among your responsibilities will be conducting routine analysis and administrative tasks in the area of Distribution Finance and proposing process improvement to the manager.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Be a business partner to Divisions and Finance, providing them with relevant analytics on the distribution business in Europe.
Provide accurate and timely reporting, as agreed with Divisions and Finance.
Manage the process of Bill-back-related accruals and the corresponding account reconciliation process.
Provide accurate and timely rebates calculations securing policy and SOX compliance.
Validate and gain approval for distributor rebate agreements maintenance and settlement.
Provide support to other Distribution Finance teams.
Qualifications:
Commercial education or relevant university degree.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
Ability to handle processes and drive process improvements independently.
Good computer skills (MS Office, specifically Excel).
User skills in SAP as an asset.
Strong English language skills.
Other languages are an asset.
