Meet the team:
You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights that support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting will help drive operational efficiency and business growth. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, leveraging advanced tools and analytics to make a meaningful impact.
Where you come in:
You will develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.
You will prepare actual vs. target analysis on a regular basis.
You manage all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, including planning, spending, report generation, and related tasks.
You will support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and cost control for headcount, Opex, and Capex.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and analysis for business decisions.
You will participate in the development of financial procedures and controls.
You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
You will support other ad-hoc projects, reporting, and financial analysis.
What makes you successful:
You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting and Finance.
You have proven work experience of 4–5 years in Accounts/Finance, particularly in FP&A functions.
You are familiar with advanced formulas in MS Excel, Hyperion, and Tableau.
You have experience in Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query, which is an added advantage.
You bring excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
You have a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage tasks with high complexity and tight deadlines.
You can work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing priorities in a team environment.
