In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team, we ensure that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. Job Family Definition:

Gathers financial data and prepares financial statements and financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, etc.)

Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies.

Has the fiduciary responsibility to represent financial results correctly both internally and externally. Ensures strong business controls.

Management Level Definition:

Applies intermediate-level subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

What you'll do:

Driving audit, tax and compliance for overseas entities. Responsibilities will include

  • Drafting of financial statements and notes to accounts under IFRS / Local GAAP.

  • Ability to handle large statutory audits, manage audit requirements remotely, and get audits closed on time.

  • Handling and finalizing audits for India and other regional entities with Big4 firms

  • GAAP reconciliation between US GAAP and IFRS / Local GAAP.

  • Drafting tax computation and Deferred tax accounting

  • Filing income/corporation tax return

  • Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations, including foreign currency accounting

  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies

  • Reviewing Balance sheet accounts reconciliations

  • Drafting technical accounting memo

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with a bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of post-qualification experience

  • Strong Accounting and/or auditing experience

  • IFRS/IND-AS Qualification/Experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles.

  • Good analytical skills.

  • Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good teamwork skills.
