Agropur is looking for a Financial Analyst - Commercial Agreements and Price Management to join its team in St-Hubert.
As a Financial Analyst - Commercial Agreements and Price Management, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, optimizing processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will be involved in managing prices, promotions, and commercial agreements, while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure compliance and reliability of information.

Salary scale 004: $71,200 to $89,000 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
What this role involves:
More specifically, as a Financial Analyst - Commercial Agreements and Price Management, your responsibilities include:
Analyze deductions in accordance with established processes and ensure daily follow-up.
Identify the reasons for deductions, assess their validity, and prepare the necessary documentation to support the cooperative’s position in disputed cases.
Actively participate in the collection process and work closely with Sales Directors to prevent deductions.
Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators, as well as the continuous improvement of existing processes.
Manage pricing in SAP, including data entry according to the calculation schema and validation of approved changes (One Book process).
Handle TPRs (Temporary Price Reductions) and on-invoice commercial agreements, including entry in CCM for provision creation.
Provide support for U.S. pricing management: diagnose and enter weekly prices (index and premium) in SAP.
Analyze temporary discount forms and validate weekly promotion additions to ensure compliance with exclusivity agreements (fresh products).
Collaborate with business partners and commercial finance analysts on matters related to the price increase process.
Participate in sector meetings to ensure progress on files and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
What you need to join our team:
College diploma in Accounting, Administration, Office Automation, or a related field;
University degree in a relevant discipline;
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
Strong analytical skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy;
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables and complex formulas)
Familiarity with Oracle and SAP is considered an asset
