What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, analysing, and reporting key financial data and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) insights to support organisational growth and effective financial planning.

What will your duties include?

  • Prepare, analyse and communicate key financial information and provide support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes as well as budget analysis for opportunities.
  • Support volume and revenue analysis to drive data-driven decision making within broader teams.
  • Support with Cost Accounting reports and analysis.
  • Maintain and refine financial metrics within Strata and support system integration validation across Strata, EPIC & Dashboards.
  • Support special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and project prioritization.
  • Build strong relationships with teams outside of FP&A to strengthen insight generation and delivery
  • Undertake other duties as aligned with FP&A or executive priorities

What we need from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/financial economics or studying towards accounting/financial economics 
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to complete basic analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
  • Strong computer skills and passions to learn Microsoft Office/CCL Internal Systems to a proficient level
  • Experience working in healthcare is advantageous but not essential.
