Responsibilities:

  • Support core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and SQL queries to ensure accurate, validated financial data.
  • Analyze financial results, prepare variance explanations, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial modeling, cash‑flow analysis, and ROI evaluations for key initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and strengthen forecasting accuracy.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analyses and continuous improvement efforts to advance FP&A systems, tools, and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+years of relevant professional experience
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel to the SQL and Power BI
  • Exposure to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows  
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related major

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical foundation with data analytics, financial analysis, and accounting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate complex information clearly
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled at solving problems in a structured, thoughtful way
  • Proactive self‑starter who brings new ideas forward and contributes positively to team dynamics
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range

$58,000.00 - $91,800.00

The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.  Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
