  • Support the annual budget cycle, including preparation of consolidated budget materials and ad hoc analyses.

Financial & Project Controlling

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing key P&L and balance sheet items, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial insights.

  • Support consolidated project controlling across the international region, helping ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives.

  • Help identify risks and opportunities within projects and contribute to solution-oriented discussions.

Data, Tools & Process Optimization

  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of BI systems in collaboration with our BI expert.

  • Work with financial data from multiple sources and contribute to consistent, high-quality reporting standards.

  • Bring a fresh perspective to existing processes and support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and data quality.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with international teams, providing clear and thoughtful responses to financial queries.

  • Collaborate regularly with headquarters and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of controlling standards and reporting requirements.

  • Participate in global initiatives and special projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or project controlling; international exposure is a plus but not required.

  • Strong Excel skills and first experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Basic understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong desire to further develop these skills.

  • A curious, analytical mindset with confidence to ask questions and challenge assumptions constructively.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Reliable, well-organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with deadlines.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management and/or Hyperion Planning is beneficial but not mandatory.

Personal Attributes

  • Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.

  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and open to taking on new responsibilities.

  • Strong attention to detail paired with a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating change in a fast-paced international setting.

  • Enjoys improving processes and contributing new ideas.
