A DAY IN THE LIFE

Partners with leaders and develops and utilizes analytical tools that impact Blattner’s performance.  Performs analysis to generate forecasts and reporting deliverables related to finance and operation trends. Creates financial models of possible scenarios for business planning and proactively monitors progression of performance across Segments and Departments. Uses analytical skills to transform business data into actionable, effective, and understandable information, driving decisions and business strategy.     

STEP INTO THE ROLE

  • Utilizes Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, BI/Dashboards, and similar tools to improve productivity.
  • Partners with department owners on reporting, budgets, and forecasting.
  • Provides creative and accurate analysis to support alternatives and recommendations on how to reduce costs and improve financial performance of the company.
  • Lead analysis and interpreting data to give management insight into operations on a weekly, monthly, quarter basis comparing to project budget, forecast and annual plan.
  • Collaborates on the development and maintenance of analytical tools utilizing data to identify opportunities for improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.  
  • Two or more years of relevant experience.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • Experience within the construction industry and ERP experience (PowerBi, EcoSys, JDE or similar ERP) preferred.

$68,684.00 - $99,593.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
