Responsibilities
 

  • Monthly Financial Reporting: Meet monthly deliverables and provide detailed explanations for deviations of monthly actuals and forecasts versus prior Flash, Budget, and prior year.
  • Cost Analysis: Collaborate with regional managers and their cost analysts to derive monthly Flash and gain a comprehensive understanding of proposed costs.
  • Purchase Order Review: Review and approve purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Financial Planning: Preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial performance and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Data visualization and excellent trend analysis/explanations for monthly flash processes.
  • Drives process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.
  • Automate and transform financial processes to increase team efficiencies.
  • Leads and advises on the most crucial business initiatives, leading several analysts across sub-functions within finance and across geographies/organizations.
  • Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making.
  • Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
  • Performs highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing a unique understanding of the business to achieve objectives effectively.
  • Be a leader in process automation, robotics and workflow automation.

     

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Financial Accounting, Financial Management or Audit.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

• Fluent in English.
