Job Description:

Overview

We are looking for a Financial Analysis Associate to join the Asset Management division, working closely with the division CFO.

This role is highly analytical and hands-on, focused on understanding the financial drivers of the business, building robust reporting, and supporting decision-making across multiple investment strategies.

The position is aimed at candidates with strong numerical and analytical capabilities who enjoy working with data, breaking down complex financials, and translating them into clear insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and support management reporting (monthly and quarterly) across the Asset Management platform
  • Analyse performance drivers: revenues, AuM evolution, costs, profitability by strategy
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to understand underlying business and product economics
  • Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and automation
  • Work closely with the finance and fund operations teams to connect activity, performance and financial outcomes
  • Support CFO in strategic and decision-making materials

Requirements:

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in:
    • Transaction services / audit (Big 4)
    • FP&A / analytical roles
  • Very strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to break down complex data and identify key drivers
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Clear and structured communication skills
