Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Analyst, the candidate will support financial planning, forecasting, monthly reporting, and financial analysis. The role includes improving processes with the broader team and assisting with ad hoc finance projects. It offers strong exposure to core business drivers and insight into management’s strategic decision‑making.
Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
Develop and maintain comprehensive P&L forecasts across monthly, quarterly, and multi-year horizons, incorporating recent business trends and drivers to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports, including refreshing data, updating templates, and providing clear, data-driven explanations for variances in key metrics.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying root causes of variances and presenting actionable insights to the team
Conduct trend and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Plan and track headcount and operational expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines and timely execution.
Coordinate intercompany allocations by liaising with regional stakeholders, managing budgets for in/out flows, and reconciling actuals against forecasts.
Enhance and maintain financial models and reporting tools, driving improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure forecasts reflect operational realities.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support planning cycles, including data extraction, schedule preparation, and claims analysis to address emerging business needs.

Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Economics or other quantitative fields
1-3 years of related experience
Strong financial analysis skills with ability to identify trends and communicate insights clearly
Proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
