You will be an ideal candidate if you can:

  • Provide financial administration support to the business unit by maintaining accurate records for all financial transactions within agreed processes, procedures and timelines.
  • Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to manage Tasks included in the Portfolio of Balancing of Device Cost Centers.
  • Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions of the business unit within the Device Balancing Portfolio.
  • Administer day to day tasks to the Cost Centers within your Portfolio, applying business processes, systems and procedures.
  • Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Min qualification - Grade 12
  • NQF 5 will be advantageous
  • Balance Sheet and Income Statement knowledge.
  • Intermediate Excel experience is crucial
  • Excellent Time Management and Multitasking abilities
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work within a Blended Office Environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile ATM & ADT suspense accounts daily for the region.
  • Daily Balancing of Cost Centers and processing of entries.
  • Daily Matching and managing of Cost Centers on the BAS System.
  • Difference Investigations and feedback to Stakeholders.
  • Monitor and reconcile the movement of cash between CIT vendors and devices.
  • Provide customer excellence to the branch, operations team and other Stakeholders. (this covers CE and Support).
  • Clear accounts within the specified SLA period.
  • Adherence to Risk and Audit Requirements.
  • Adherence to Golden Rules, Procedures and Processes that govern the Balancing Environment.
  • Provide feedback on surpluses, shortages and network failure accounts on the Cost Centers within your control.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly Reconciliation submissions.
  • Compliance Training and Development Training to be adhered to
