Due to an internal secondment, we're looking to expand our finance team to support the continued growth of the International Division of the Flutter Entertainment group. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team offering diverse, challenging work with access to senior stakeholders across the business. You'll be involved in high-impact accounting and reporting for our global brands, with opportunities to travel to offices worldwide.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for accounting and reporting for the International Division of the Flutter Group. You'll work closely with Flutter Brands in SEA, Brazil, CEE and APAC, building strong relationships with local brand finance teams to ensure on-time delivery of accurate monthly and quarterly reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build close relationships with local brand finance teams to act as a partner in delivering accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple Brands
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams on new Brand acquisitions
  • Take primary responsibility for the reliability and integrity of underlying financial information
  • Close month-end processes within required timelines for assigned channels
  • Standardise and automate processes to improve month-end timelines
  • Assist in system implementation and fast close projects
  • Maintain and document compliance with internal control and SOX requirements
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly Group reporting packs
  • Perform ad-hoc reviews and other tasks as required

How You'll Do It

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight reporting deadlines
  • Strong team player who can also work independently
  • Excellent time management and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Driven, energetic and proactive individual with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable navigating multiple finance systems and tools
  • Experience in process improvement projects
  • Experience working in a SOX regulated environment or highly regulated industry
  • US GAAP accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel, Alteryx or similar tools
  • Experience in multinational finance environments with diverse cultures
  • Curiosity about international brands and people
