- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + Hybrid allowance
Responsibilities - your mission
As an intern in Finance at Airbus your tasks may be related with:
Assist on performing financial analysis, forecast;
Support the execution of detailed financial analysis and forecasting, specifically identifying the impacts of upcoming supplier campaigns.
Assist the team on the liaison with key internal and external stakeholders for the finance management;
Support the monitoring, consolidation and reporting of financial KPIs
Assist in ensuring the compliance with internal processes and governance
Finance Master Data:
Work with the new Corporate Finance & Accounting stakeholders to identify gaps between future master data structures and existing master data and establish data mapping standards for Finance such as GL Accounts, Profit Center, and Cost Center
Evaluate data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and stability to establish repeatable, sustainable processes to update dashboards
Work with the new Corporate Finance & Accounting stakeholders to map, set up & maintain Finance Master Data Objects during the new Corporate Finance Transformation
Create and maintain Finance Master Data governance and management process documentation including data cleansing and validation
Provide input and support the development of testing and training materials (test plans and scripts) for Finance Data Objects
Work with the new Corporate Business Unit - Finance & Accounting - and Technology Departments to roll out global harmonized master data across new entities
Resolve technical and process issues impacting the Finance organization

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;
Degree in Finance, Economy, Management, Business or relevant area;
Analytical mindset with ability to use autonomously the Google Workspace tools;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Integrity;
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
Language: English - Advanced level
Another European language is a plus
