ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for vehicle licensing within the company.
Responsible for obtaining vehicle titles on all new and purchased vehicles.
Maintain and organize a database of vehicle titles including proper titling for vehicles transferred between states.
Maintain a database of renewals, renewal dates, fee information, etc.
Maintain and organize store and vehicle files.
Perform various administrative tasks for the department.
All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects with critical deadlines simultaneously
Previous experience in an office setting, vehicle licensing
2 years’ experience in accounting or finance
