Job Description

The Finance Team Leader, Global Analytics and Insights – IT plays a critical leadership role within the Global Analytics and Insights Finance organization, managing a team of Financial Analysts that support the Information Technology function. The mission of Global Analytics and Insights is to equip business and functional partners with relevant insights to manage performance, support decision‑making, and guide operational excellence.

You will be accountable for standard reporting, causals, forecasting, and financial analysis for the IT organization. You will be a change leader, advancing the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities through new technologies. This transformation will emphazize on promoting AI to enhance efficiency, consistency, and insight quality. Standardized processes and centralized operating models will support it.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across all main IT financial performance metrics
  • Lead the quarterly forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes for the IT organization
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision‑making for the CIO, IT leadership team, and Senior Finance Manager, IT
  • Champion automation, simplification, and standardization projects to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality; with an emphasis on integrating AI technologies to accelerate efficiency, consistency, and insight quality.
  • Partner with other Global Analytics and Insights teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement in global finance processes
  • Support team development through training programs that build FP&A capabilities, AI and digital proficiency, and enterprise systems expertise
  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure internal controls, compliance with financial policies, and governance practices

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 5+ years' experience in Accounting or Finance with experience in FP&A
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • MBA or CPA
  • Partner and service-driven professional
  • Demonstrate ability to interpret financial results and develop important takeaways and insights
  • Experience working across time zones, businesses, and departments to resolve issues
  • Working knowledge of SAP, EPM or other financial systems
