Key Responsibilities -
- Assist with routine financial and administrative tasks to support day‑to‑day Finance operations.
- Support data entry, validation, and basic analysis in financial systems and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Help prepare and organize financial documentation and supporting schedules for internal review and record‑keeping purposes.
- Assist with reconciliations and transaction reviews under supervision, including identifying discrepancies and documenting findings.
- Support purchasing card (P‑card) transaction reviews and reconciliations, ensuring appropriate documentation and coding.
- Assist with employee travel and expense claim reviews and preparation for posting in the financial system.
- Help document processes and procedures, including updating or drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and learning opportunities to gain exposure to financial processes, controls, and internal workflows.
- Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Finance team, including report formatting, data clean‑up, and tracking activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Finance and Planning functions, which may include assisting teams such as Procurement, Facilities, and/or Payroll, depending on capacity and priorities.

Hours of Work: Full time, 36.25 hours per week

Compensation Range :$17.60 - $17.75
