Finance Senior Specialist - FP&A Operations, you will partner closely with Projects & Services Operational leaders to provide financial guidance, planning support, and analytical insights. You will provide finance support for deploying digital product offerings and services, working directly with Program Managers and Project & Service Managers to ensure financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and strong execution.
You will be responsible for driving financial planning cycles, developing cost structures for multiple activity scenarios, improving billing and collection performance, and defining KPIs that measure organizational effectiveness. Your work will directly influence profitability, cash generation, and strategic decision‑making across the region.
As a Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations - Visual, you will be responsible for:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital/Software/SaaS Solution business environment.
Have driving analysis of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) financial performance, including ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), churn, retention, net dollar retention (NDR), and customer lifetime value (CLTV) to support growth and profitability decisions
Have an accurate application of ASC 606 for SaaS and multi‑element digital contracts, including deferral schedules, revenue allocation, and subscription-based billing models, working closely with controllership
Providing financial business cases for new digital features, product enhancements, and cloud migration initiatives by modelling ROI, marginal cost impact, and scalability implications, working closely with Solutions & Product Management finance
Have been developing and maintaining SaaS KPIs and dashboards that integrate product usage telemetry with financial outcomes to support real‑time decision making
Supporting end‑to‑end subscription processes, working closely with CSM (Customer Success Management) organisation, by ensuring alignment between CRM, billing systems, and ERP for accurate ARR tracking, renewals, and revenue recognition
Provide financial oversight of software-related costs, including third party licenses and cloud infrastructure costs. Partner with the Product, Technology, Sourcing and Cloud Operations teams to forecast, track and optimize software and cloud infrastructure spend.
Demonstrate English proficiency.
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Bring strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
Have demonstrated the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
Have proven experience partnering with Operations, Commercial, Support Functions, and Finance teams.
Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $87,870.00 - $163,120.00.Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time.
