Baker Hughes is seeking a  Finance Specialist who would be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

As a Finance Specialist- FP & A Operations, you be responsible for:

• Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
• Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning.
• Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
• Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
• Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Contributes to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance).
• Have a Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations.
• Have Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
