As a Settlement and supply chain Analyst, you will serve as a key financial professional within the Construction Division Finance team, supporting both operational excellence and strategic decision making. You will own settlement analysis and reporting processes, ensuring accurate cost allocation and strong financial controls across projects.
In this role, you will play an active part in month end closing, forecasting, and POR activities, while partnering closely with project, supply chain, and central finance teams. You will also support contract approval and financial review processes within your assigned region, developing deep expertise in regional commercial structures and consumption drivers.
This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast paced construction environment. You will act as the goto finance expert for your region, contributing to business decisions, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Finance, preferably in construction, capital projects, or operations related environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong experience with month end close, forecasting (POR / LRP), and financial analysis
Proven ability to analyze and support contract approvals and commercial agreements
Experience working with settlement processes, cost allocation, or project based financial controls
Advanced analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to operate independently and serve as a regional subject matter expert
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross functional teams

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $81,350.00-114,840.00 USD
