Finance Senior Analyst, Working Capital Inventory

Office Location: Giełdowa Street 1, Warsaw (next to Rondo Daszyńskiego)

Work Mode: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Global, regional and BU Inventory analysis

  • WC objectives follow up and tracking changes at global, regional and BU/country level

  • Implementation of advanced WC reporting

  • Supporting Regional Commercial & Supply Chain, Inventory Reporting team and Global Working Capital Director in daily management

  • Maintenance and development of existing WC reporting to provide high quality analysis of current state versus given WC objectives

  • Utilize working capital solutions, data visualization tools, and integrated dashboards to provide dynamic, interactive reporting to understand where working capital can be optimized

  • Participation in all periodical calls with commercial team members regarding WC and inventory turn

  • Assist in designing and implementing process improvements and frameworks to sustain gains in operational efficiency, working capital, and cash management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, contributing expertise to foster strong relationships with colleagues, providing guidance and support to key stakeholders

Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree in finance or administration

  • 2-4 years of experience in advanced reporting and analyzing large data sets

  • Experience in designing data visualization and building dashboards with PowerPoint, tableau, Power BI or similar tools

  • Fluency in English

  • SAP knowledge; PowerPoint Knowledge

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate in an efficient and friendly manner

  • Proactive, driven for results, customer oriented
