Scope of Responsibilities:
Global, regional and country offered payment terms analysis
WC objectives follow up and tracking changes at global, regional and country level
Implementation of advanced WC reporting
Supporting Regional procurement Managers, AP Reporting team and Global Working Capital Director in daily management
Maintenance and development of existing WC and payment terms reporting to provide high quality analysis of current state versus given WC objectives
Provide detailed monthly review and analysis of transaction-level and vendor-level AP data to understand where working capital can be optimized
Participation in all periodical calls with procurement team members regarding WC and vendor payment terms evolution
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, contributing expertise to deliver successful outcomes
Foster strong relationships with colleagues, providing guidance and support to key stakeholders
Qualifications:
Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree in finance or administration
2-4 years of experience in advanced reporting and analyzing large data sets
Experience in designing data visualization and building dashboards with tableau, Power BI or similar tools
Fluency in English
SAP knowledge; PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate in an efficient and friendly manner
Proactive, driven for results, customer oriented
