This is a highly visible global leadership role for an experienced finance and reporting professional who thrives on ownership, clarity and impact. As Global FP&A Reporting Lead, you will shape how performance is understood across the enterprise, influencing senior decision making through trusted, consistent and decision ready reporting.
What will you be doing?
You will take end to end ownership of global management reporting solutions across multiple profit lines and business areas, acting as the authority for standards, prioritisation and governance. Operating at enterprise level, you will connect business strategy, financial logic and analytics to ensure reporting truly supports how the organisation is run.
Working closely with senior finance leaders, FP&A teams, sales organisations and P&L owners, you will translate complex and often competing requirements into scalable Power BI solutions. You will continuously improve the reporting landscape through automation, embedded controls and simplification, ensuring data is accurate, reconciled and trusted. As a senior leader within the Reporting Tower, you will guide analysts, challenge requirements when needed and build strong global relationships to drive consistency and accountability.
What will you need to be successful?
You will bring significant experience, confidence in decision making and the ability to influence at senior level. Success in this role requires a strong blend of finance expertise, reporting governance and Power BI leadership.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in global reporting, business intelligence, analytics leadership or FP&A roles within complex, matrixed organisations
Proven ownership of enterprise level Power BI reporting solutions, including end to end lifecycle management from design through to ongoing optimisation
Strong financial background with deep understanding of P&L structures, cost centre management, financial statements and performance management concepts
Demonstrated experience defining and governing global KPIs, metrics, hierarchies and master data to ensure consistency and reconciliation across regions and profit lines
Advanced Power BI capability, including data modelling, performance optimisation, usability and mobile friendly dashboard design
Experience designing or overseeing automated reconciliations, embedded data quality checks and control oriented reporting frameworks
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior finance, commercial and functional leaders and translate business needs into sustainable reporting solutions
High level of professional judgement with the confidence to prioritise, make decisions and challenge requirements to protect data integrity and reporting quality
