This position is accountable for the MITDC PH Finance team management, including but not limited to finance accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, charging process management, and etc. These form the basis of financial related functions management, assessing the overall financial performance and operating goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as solution provider and consultant to address business/management requirements; Maximize contribution by Fin to business goals

  • Develop, implement and optimize the financial policies, standards, procedures etc.

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of the function

  • Administer the company’s accounting and planning process

  • Administer tax and other government compliance guidelines

  • General Accounting (i.e. Generation of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, etc.)

  • Budgeting and forecast

  • Monitor and handle of all financial transactions

  • Monitor and control of disbursements

  • Provide Fin support to service billing rate review, project quotation etc.

  • Assist with new service transition from Fin perspective

  • Monitor and assist with asset management

  • Establish performance standards and prepare various financial reports for senior management- budget, billing, headcount, cost analysis, forecast and projection, etc.

  • Be responsible for Fin people/team management

  • Be responsible for Gov subsidies application

  • Supervise and develop Finance/Accounting staff

  • Monitor Finance expense/budget

  • Work with Corp, Regional, BU and other parties for budgeting/forecasting/reporting/invoices etc. required (e.g. BU audit cooperation, billing management etc.)

  • Work with Regional controller, function controller, BU controller for accounting and reporting, and other problem solving (e.g. monthly closing accruals etc.)

  • Liaise with external parties to address Gov etc. requirements/actions timely, (e.g. tax, business administration, foreign currency bureau, banks, auditors, associations and other bureaus.)

  • Work with Corp tax, regional tax for tax related topics (e.g. TP documentation preparation, local tax related issues, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years or above post qualification experience, in financial or management reporting related position, and experience in MNC is highly preferred, and fluent English communication is a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Strong interpersonal and presentational skills.

  • Strong skills of Excel functions and common office tools (Word, PPT)

  • Experience in intercompany accounting or transfer pricing

  • Ability in organizing data in a logical manner for data modeling

  • Highly motivated and detail oriented

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Willing to work on under pressure and on flexible shift
