Position Summary
Finance leader supporting the Transportation, Warehousing, and Damage teams within the Beer Supply Chain group. Responsible for delivering financial insights to drive business performance, guiding strategic decisions, consolidating the total Outbound Logistics P&L, and validating and tracking cost savings initiatives. This role oversees monthly reporting, forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning throughout the fiscal year.
Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close activities, including consolidation and processing of monthly and quarterly journal entries, and resolution of system issues.
- Lead development of the monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range plan for Warehousing, Damage, and Obsolescence through partnership with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure financial estimates and targets appropriately reflect strategic initiatives and current trends.
- Lead creation, production, and distribution of stakeholder management reporting; reviewing results with business partners to provide variance analysis vs. annual plan and forecast and proactively define potential risks and opportunities.
- Lead the consolidation and comprehensive analysis of the Outbound Logistics P&L—including Replenishment and Fulfilment costs, as well as expenses associated with Warehousing, Damage, and Obsolescence—by collaborating closely with the entire Logistics Finance Team and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic business decisions.
- Partner with Transportation, Warehousing, and Damage teams to deliver financial analysis and decision support for contract negotiations and capital expenditure projects, ensuring data-driven recommendations and optimal financial outcomes.
- Partner with business stakeholders and the entire Logistics Finance Team to validate, track, consolidate, and report on all Logistics Cost Savings Initiatives, ensuring alignment, transparency, and delivery of targeted financial objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting of financial results to meet internal and external requirements.
- Provide financial support and guidance for logistics-related projects, including network optimization, sourcing opportunities, and warehouse expansion initiatives.
- Develop and lead a team to provide high-quality, consistent analysis and execution, cultivate their professional development, and maintain an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
- Support ad hoc projects, including special analyses, business cases, and strategic reviews as required.

- This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance/Accounting)
- 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting required
- Previous exposure to Supply Chain and CPG industry preferred
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query/Pivot, Power BI, Xlookup, etc.)
- System Adaptability
- SAP S4 HANA & OneStream experience required

- Highly motivated, change-oriented, and demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Strong financial acumen and demonstrated analytical/problem solving ability
- Continuous improvement mindset – ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
- Comfortable operating autonomously with minimal supervision
- Accurate and detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- CPG firm experience preferred
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally

The salary range for this role is:
$113,500.00 - $177,600.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
