Our Finance team manages and balances complex budgets across our global business. Multiple regions, multiple categories and covering all aspects of the finance cycle.

About the role

As our Finance Manager, you will report to the Senior Finance Manager – FP&A and work closely with the Central sales teams (CEU). The primary function of the role is to provide financial support to all regionally managed 3rd party accounts and Central Direct sales regional teams. Supporting the regional sales account managers in the successful delivery of their business plans as well as providing the Commercial Finance Director and their teams with financial analysis and insight that supports the delivery of the strategic objectives.

The role requires a strong sense of financial control as well as bringing out the story behind the numbers and providing insights that inform commercial decision-making to ensure we optimize the use of our financial resources and continue to improve profitability. 


Core accountabilities:

  • Financial management of CEU regional sales accounts, including control and management of rebates and promotional investments
  • Support the CEU Sales lead and their teams. You will be the key finance point of contact for this function and will therefore need to provide financial support including insights, modelling, analysis, governance and reporting.
  • Working with our DBS Order-to-Cash team to ensure the customer accounts are correctly managed, including but not limited to topics on due payments, credit limits etc, credit notes etc. Providing insights on business health by devising and holding the business to key financial and non-financial performance measures
  • Ensure the financial results are correctly reflected in our management accounts, working with market finance teams to cross charge the relevant costs and revenues to the right management P&L’s. Additionally completing the financial forecast for these regional accounts and integration into market outlooks.
  • Support the Directors for eCommerce and Retail with financial analysis and reporting to drive decision-making, including but not limited to short term and longer term strategic planning (including expansion and growth plans).
  • Provision of analysis regarding 3rd party customer, eCommerce and Direct Stores profitability.

  • Assertive, decisive, prepared to see through plans and overcome objections - and yet flexible around change and comfortable with ambiguity; a quick and agile learner.
