An exciting opportunity has opened for a Finance Manager to join our high‑performing Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Sydney. Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, this role is part of a best‑in‑class management reporting function, supporting senior leaders to shape decisions and improve business performance across the Group.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Finance Manager, or someone ready to step up, who thrives in a fast‑paced, complex environment and enjoys translating data into meaningful commercial insights.
About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality Group reporting and analysis, including:
Monthly Group management reporting, including consolidation and analysis across operating segments and Group functions, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and insight
Annual Operational Plan and five‑year plan, including preparation and analysis of key financial metrics
Half‑yearly external market reporting, partnering closely with Investor Relations to support consolidated disclosures and respond to analyst and investor queries
Preparation of monthly consolidated cash flow forecasts
Delivery of ad hoc analysis and commercial insights to support Group leadership decision‑making
Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across operating businesses and corporate functions
Ownership of Group systems, data integrity, and reporting outputs, with active involvement in finance transformation initiatives
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
About You
A technically strong and commercially minded finance professional with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders. You will also bring:
Tertiary qualifications with CA or CPA (or equivalent).
FP&A, management accounting, or management reporting experience within a medium to large organisation.
Experience in real estate or capital‑intensive environments (advantageous but not essential).
Advanced Excel, financial modelling, and analytical skills. Experience using business intelligence tools (eg. Power BI) and applying AI in a finance function would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Strong ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable insights that inform senior‑level decision‑making.
A proactive mindset with accountability for high‑quality outcomes.
