Il/la Finance Manager Italy di Videojet, che riporterà al Southern Europe Finance Director, guiderà il team Finance locale e collaborerà strettamente con il Commercial Leader per supportare il business. Le principali responsabilità includono la reportistica dei risultati effettivi e dei forecast, il mantenimento dei controlli interni e l’applicazione delle policy aziendali.
La posizione è basata presso la sede Videojet Italia vicino a Milano (Segrate) e prevede un modello di lavoro ibrido, con possibilità di due giorni di smart working alla settimana.

In questo ruolo, le principali responsabilità saranno:
Preparazione puntuale e monitoraggio dei report finanziari settimanali, mensili, trimestrali e annuali, secondo i principi US GAAP e in piena conformità agli standard aziendali
Preparazione del budget annuale e dei forecast mensili, analisi delle deviazioni rispetto al piano/forecast e definizione delle azioni correttive in coordinamento con il management operativo
Fornire leadership nel miglioramento dei risultati finanziari (ricavi, profitto operativo e capitale circolante) e nella gestione del Finance team
Collaborazione con consulenti locali per garantire la preparazione del bilancio statutario italiano e la conformità alle normative locali (fiscali, payroll, ecc.) nei tempi previsti dalla legge
Coordinamento con il Management Team locale e con gli altri dipartimenti per il raggiungimento di obiettivi e KPI
Implementazione e continuo miglioramento dei controlli interni per garantire una reportistica accurata e la corretta tutela degli asset aziendali
Supporto agli audit interni ed esterni, preparazione e fornitura delle informazioni richieste agli auditor
Requisiti essenziali:
Esperienza comprovata (7+ anni) nella gestione dei risultati finanziari (ricavi, costi, margini e profitto operativo) in aziende multinazionali; esperienza in “Big 4” è un plus
Laurea conseguita o qualifica equivalente
Ottima conoscenza dei principi contabili locali e familiarità con US GAAP, oltre ad esperienza in ambito audit
Esperienza nella guida, motivazione e sviluppo del Finance team
Eccellente conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese, sia scritto che parlato
Forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di adattamento a priorità mutevoli o sfide impreviste
Ottime capacità comunicative e spirito di collaborazione per raggiungere obiettivi comuni
Solide competenze analitiche e di problem-solving, con mentalità orientata al miglioramento continuo

Reporting to the Southern Europe Finance Director, the Videojet Finance Manager Italy will lead the local Finance Team and partner closely with the Commercial Leader to support the business. The main responsibilities include reporting actual results and forecasts, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring the execution of corporate policies.
The role is based at our Videojet Italy facility near Milan and operates in a hybrid working environment, with up to two days of home office per week.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
Timely preparation and monitoring of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with US GAAP and in full compliance with the Corporate Standards
Preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts, analysis of variances from the plan/forecast, and initiation of corrective actions in coordination with operational management
Provide leadership in improving financial results (Revenue, Operating Profit & Working Capital) and in managing the local Finance Team
Collaboration with local advisors to ensure the preparation of local statutory financial reports and the compliance with local regulations (taxes, payroll, etc.) within the government-mandated timeframe
Coordinate with local Management team & across other Departments in meeting goals and objectives
Implement and continuously improve internal controls to ensure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company assets
Support of internal and external audits, preparation and provision of information for auditors
The essential requirements of the job include:
Proven experience (7+ years) in driving financial results (revenue, costs, margins, and operating profit) in multinational companies. “Big 4” experience is a plus
Completed university degree or equivalent qualification
Excellent knowledge of local accounting regulations and experience with US GAAP and audit experience
Leadership experience in leading, motivating and developing the Finance team
Excellent written and spoken Italian and English skills
Deliver result orientation and adaptability to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
Excellent communication and passionate to win within a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement attitude
