Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Finance Manager who shares our passion for excellence and brings energy, curiosity, and integrity to everything they do. This is a key role within the Finance team, offering visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the hotel’s financial success and long‑term growth.

Responsibilities

As Finance Manager, you will support the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance in the day to day management of the hotel’s financial operations. You will play a central role in maintaining the integrity of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations, while helping ensure robust internal controls that safeguard the hotel’s assets and resources.

Beyond core financial responsibilities, this role is highly collaborative. You will work closely with leaders across the hotel, coaching and supporting teams to strengthen financial understanding and decision making. You will also contribute to corporate projects and work alongside the Regional Director of Finance to support the successful implementation of corporate led initiatives.

This role is well suited to a finance professional who enjoys combining technical excellence with strong stakeholder engagement.

What you will do

  • Support the maintenance of the General Ledger and ensure timely and accurate Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Assist in ensuring effective internal controls are in place and operating consistently
  • Support month end close processes and ongoing financial reporting
  • Partner with hotel department leaders to enhance financial awareness and accountability
  • Coach and support operational teams to build financial acumen and understanding
  • Participate in corporate and regional finance projects and initiatives#
  • Support the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance with analysis, reviews, and financial governance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and controls

What you bring

  • Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally within hospitality or a service led environment
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, balance sheet management, and general ledger processes
  • Confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively with non‑finance stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions focused mindset
  • Passion for excellence, learning, and continuous improvement

This is a full time role based in the office at the property.
