We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our EMEA Media Networks Team here at Disney!
Reporting into our Senior Finance Manager, the successful postholder will be an integral member of our finance leadership team, specifically providing finance and business support to the EMEA Disney Entertainment and regional leadership teams.
In addition, the successful postholder will:
Work closely with the Finance Director & Senior Finance Manager to drive the quarterly Forecasting, AOP and 5YP processes and all related deliverables and presentations for Channels
Assist Senior Finance Manager in providing commercial support to Regional SVPs and their respective teams.
Manage the Channel Regional P&L and Pan Regional ad sales reporting
Work closely with and provide guidance and support to all EMEA Finance teams
Co-ordinate with Accounting and Controllership to support the Quarterly Close process.
Support a ‘one team’ approach within EMEA finance. Build a network amongst the finance leadership community across lines of business and markets, sharing resources and knowledge.
Adopt a flexible approach to provide ad hoc finance support to the finance leadership across all Media lines of business.
Please note: This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

Required Qualifications & Skills
An experienced Finance Manager, possessing ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent qualification
Significant experience in financial planning and analysis
Experience of leading and developing teams
Delivery of projects to a high standard and to demanding deadlines
Track record of providing commercial support to business partners that is insightful, timely and responsive
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, flexible to all levels of the organisation
Ability to produce clear and insightful presentations that deliver key messaging at the appropriate level of detail incorporating input from multiple business partners
Numerate and analytical with a desire to think through and resolve strategic problems
