The Finance Lead, Korea is the primary finance lead for Church & Dwight’s Korea entity, with responsibility for statutory accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and commercial finance support. This role oversees close, compliance, and outsourced service providers, while partnering with the business on P&L management, planning, forecasting, and decision support for the Korea Direct operation. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close; ensure accurate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting. 

  • Review statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with Korean GAAP and corporate policies. 

  • Be main point of contact with outsourced accounting, tax, and payroll providers 

  • Own Korea P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 

  • Provide financial analysis and insights on gross margin, SG&A, and key business drivers for Korea Direct Business 

  • Partner with commercial teams to support pricing, promotions, new launches, and investment decisions. 

  • Support cash flow, working capital, SOX, audits, and internal controls. 

  • Partner with APAC, Corporate Finance, and local Korea stakeholders. 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 

  • >5 years of experience across accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. 

  • Proven commercial finance/business partnering experience. 

  • Multinational or consumer/FMCG experience preferred. 

Key Skills 

  • Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills. 

  • Experience with outsourced service models. 

  • Advanced Excel; Oracle, ERP experience preferred. 

  • Fluent English and Korean preferred
