WHAT TO EXPECT?
Support Claims Team in their daily activities
Support the day-to-day activities related to claims administration using Oracle Chargeback application
Manage the Claims back up details within the Claims application
Communicates with customers in case of incomplete data on customers debit notes
Assists with customer to improve the quality of customer claims documentation
Support communication with the customer in regards to rejected claims
Supports other back office projects
Become part of a multinational technology leader
Work with various internal departments
Learn a lot of new business processes
WHO WILL BE A GREAT FIT FOR OUR TEAM:
• 3rd or 4th year student or newly graduate in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration or similar specialty;
• Good knowledge in MS Office Products – Experienced in working with Excel spreadsheets, Good command of English language;
• Interested in client service and customer interfacing;
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn;
• Passionate team player;
