Job Description

Job Purpose职位目的:

  • Support the finance team by assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, and conducting pricing analysis and pricing maintenance in SAP.
  • This role aims to provide practical experience in financial operations and enhance the understanding of financial principles and practices within a corporate environment.

Key Accountabilities主要职责:

  • Pricing:
  • Maintain offline documentation and upload new spare parts pricing to SAP
  • Provide monthly analysis on product margin and develop an effective Excel pack to support the deviation analysis

  • Data Analysis: 
  • Develop effective analysis models using EXCEL, PowerPivot or PowerBI for monthly margin reports

  • Process Documentation:
  • Collaborate with the line manager to draw and update process flowcharts using tools like Microsoft Visio
  • Gather and document detailed process information from various departments.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of all process-related activities

  • General:
  • Actively live and cultivate High Performance Culture (HPC)
  • Assist line manager to manage colleagues who works for OE controlling and Financials Projects in Greater China.
  • Understand functions, responsibilities and procedures utilized in various financial departments.
  • Maintain knowledge of developments in the field of finance, controlling and economic theory.
  • Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or similar
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in PC and MS Office including EXCEL, Word, PowerPoints.
  • Preferable SAP knowledge.
  • Preferable PowerBI, Microsoft Visio knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a team and intercultural competence
