Finance Intern – Overview

As a Finance Intern at NCR Atleos, you’ll gain exposure to the financial operations of a global technology company. This internship provides hands-on experience in multiple areas of corporate finance such as: financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, audit and treasury. You’ll work alongside experienced finance professionals to support decision-making and contribute to projects that drive business performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Support budgeting and planning processes across business units.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Help maintain and update financial models and dashboards.
• Participate in month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
• Conduct research on industry benchmarks and financial best practices.
• Assist in preparing presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in learning financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
