Responsibilities:

Support accounts payable (AP) invoice processing, expense claims, and payment forecasting
Manage supplier disputes and ensure accounts are accurate and up to date
Assist in data preparation for the rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Review and update process workflows and internal policies
Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis and support data handling tasks as needed

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting or any related field will be preferred
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint will be preferred
Highly inquisitive with a willingness to learn and understand the tasks well
Attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
