Key responsibilities and contributions

  • Support month‑end reporting and management account preparation

  • Assist with Workiva system updates and data validation

  • Help prepare finance schedules, listings, and supporting documents

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for finance systems

  • Provide general administrative and documentation support to the finance team

Learning and development areas

  • Corporate financial reporting processes

  • Practical finance workflows and controls

  • Financial systems exposure (Workiva)

  • Data organisation and documentation

  • Collaboration and project support skills

Ideal qualification and attributes

  • Diploma or Degree student in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems

  • Basic Excel skills (PivotTables / Power Query is a plus)

  • Detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
