We’re seeking an enthusiastic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern for Summer 2026! As part of our Finance team, you’ll support strategic planning, forecasting, and analytics, collaborating closely with Accounting, Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance, Data and Analytics, Pricing, Procurement, and Corporate Development. This role is ideal for undergraduates eager to gain exposure to a wide range of finance disciplines and who excel at critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, and communication. This is a hybrid position consisting of 2-3 days per week in our Lexington MA office.
What You’ll Do
Support Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Collaborate on key FP&A initiatives, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting to inform strategic decision-making
Drive process improvements within FP&A by leveraging AI and other technologies to increase efficiency and accuracy
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, ensuring timely delivery of key performance metrics and insights to leadership
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Engage in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to product, sales, and operations teams, building a holistic understanding of business drivers
Analyze key financial trends and contribute to the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Generate data-driven insights and enhance reporting capabilities for ongoing business reviews and strategic decision-making
Collaborate with Corporate Development to assess acquisition opportunities and build business case models that support strategic growth initiatives
Communicate Findings
Partner with team members to prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Communicate insights and recommendations to managers and executives
What You’ll Bring
Undergraduate student (rising senior; open to all majors)
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis basics
Collaborative, curious, and organized
Coursework in finance, economics, business, or analytics
Familiarity with financial modeling or data visualization tools
Interest in technology or cybersecurity a plus
