Finance Intern (d/f/m)

JOB PURPOSE

This internship offers handson exposure to SourcetoPay (S2P) operations in an international organization. You will support the S2P team in daily operations and projects, including invoice processing, supplier support, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives such as system and transformation projects. 

The role provides a structured learning opportunity to gain practical insights into finance operations, processes, and tools while developing professional skills in a collaborative team environment. 

Your internship role will start from July in our international team in Katowice, Poland. You will work in a modern, flexible and inclusive environment and collaborate with colleagues from across Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support daytoday SourcetoPay activities, including invoice tracking, data checks, documentation updates, and followups on open items 

  • Assist with basic invoice and supplier queries under supervision 

  • Help prepare and update reports, trackers, and dashboards; perform data accuracy checks and support monthend or adhoc activities 

  • Support ongoing process improvement and reporting initiatives, including preparation of materials, presentations, and status updates 

  • Collaborate with colleagues across finance, procurement, and operations and actively participate in trainings and team meetings to build S2P process knowledge. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Currently enrolled student in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field 

  • First exposure to finance, accounting, or operations (e.g. internships, university projects, student jobs) is an advantage but not required 

  • Strong willingness to learn, with good attention to detail and basic analytical skills 

  • Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines with guidance, and communicate clearly in English 

  • Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and standard Office tools
